Guidelines

Orders placed by 3PM AEST daily will be processed that day, excluding weekends and public holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending stock availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after 3PM AEST will be processed the following day and will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3PM AEST on Friday, will be processed on the following business day.

Australian shipping costs and methods

We offer FREE delivery within Australia for all orders to the value of $250.00 or more. $10.00 delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.

For all Australian deliveries, we will ship via one of the following methods (please enter your preferred method of shipping in the Comments section of your order):

Fastway Couriers $10.00 for orders up to $250.00AUD

  • Recommended for shipping to capital cities and major areas within QLD/NSW/VIC only (normally 1 to 3 days)
  • Delivery within 5 to 10 days to capital cities and major areas within SA/WA/NT/TAS
  • To other remote/regional areas, please contact us to confirm courier service is available in your area
  • On-line delivery status available at www.fastwaycouriers.com.au
  • Signature obtained on delivery

N.B. Fastway Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes and a business address is preferred.

Australia Post Registered Post $10.00 for orders up to $250.00AUD

  • Recommended for shipping to capital cities and major areas within QLD/NSW/VIC only (normally 1 to 3 days)
  • Delivery within 5 days to capital cities and major areas within SA/WA/NT/TAS
  • On-line delivery status available at  http://auspost.com.au/track/
  • Signature obtained on delivery
  • Compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery (extra cover can be purchased for the full value of the articles - please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain a quote)

Australia Post Regular Express Post $10.00 for orders up to $250.00AUD

  • Recommended for fast shipping to all States, particularly WA/NT/TAS and other regional areas
  • Guaranteed* next business day delivery (*within the Express Post network)
  • On-line delivery status available at www.auspost.com.au/track
  • Ability to send to any address (Post Office Box, residential and business)

N.B. Regular Express Post does not obtain a signature on delivery so we recommend sending to a business or PO Box if your residential address will be unattended during the day. We do not accept responsibility for lost/stolen parcels once they leave our premises and our preferred method of sending articles is via Courier or Registered Post.

International shipping costs, methods and disclosure

All International orders will be sent with Australia Post via one of two methods:

Australia Post Registered International from $20.00*

  • Delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities

  • Signature obtained on delivery
  • Ability to send to any address (Post Office Box, residential and business) 

Australia Post Express Courier International $45.00 flat rate worldwide

  • Delivery within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities
  • On-line delivery status available at  http://auspost.com.au/track/
  • Signature obtained on delivery
  • Ability to send to any address (Post Office Box, residential and business) 

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from The JOY Stores, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorise us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as item description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Do you ship to where I live?

We ship all-over Australia, New Zealand, USA, Asia Pacific, UK and Europe. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are located in another region and wish to receive goods from us.
