Please take a few minutes to read our policies prior to purchasing any of our products on-line. These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of any goods from it. 

DISCLAIMER


All of our products are subject to availability. We carry limited quantities of all our lines in order to provide you with an exclusive selection. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately and given the option of selecting an alternate item, a store credit or a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY


We believe in the absolute beauty and high quality of all our products and are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that from time to time you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected on-line, or perhaps simply require another size, and for those reasons we are pleased to offer you the following return policy:

Returns are accepted on full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receipt (14 days for International customers) on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and have the original tags attached. All returns are subject to an exchange or credit only. Any full priced items shipped out as an immediate exchange will receive complimentary shipping. Sale items, swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, sunglasses and other accessories can not be returned.

Due to the high quality and limited availability of our stock, we do not refund for change of mind reasons which include selecting a wrong size, or an item not being received within an expected time frame. A store credit, or exchange, will be issued upon receiving any returns so long as the items are of merchantable quality and remain in a brand new condition.

Store credits are strictly valid for 3 months from date of issue and can be used to purchase stock items only. Credit can not be used for pre-order deposits. If credit is not used by date of expiration, we reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of merchantable quality and/or has been worn, altered or washed. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item will remain the responsibility of the sender and no exchange or credit will be issued. Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item so we encourage you to inspect your item thoroughly once you receive it. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please note, it is at the manufacturer's discretion to deem an item faulty. In relevant cases, you may receive a repair or replacement complimentary. If neither option is possible, then a full refund will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

Send us an e-mail asap to notify us of your intent to return - keep in mind the 7 day return policy. Include your contact details as well as information regarding the item you are returning such as the brand name, size, colour and date of purchase. Also advise whether you wish to exchange the item or receive store credit.

Returns must be received on our end within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. International returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returned goods are returned on time and sent using a viable postal or courier option, at their expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorisation from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorised returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer.

All items being returned should be sent via registered or express post and packaged well, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Include your full name, shipping address and contact number. Notify us by e-mail once you have returned the item and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number. Without this tracking information your return may be over-looked and fall outside of our 7 day return period (14 days for International customers).

PRE-ORDERS


Pre-order sales/deposits are subject to the same terms & conditions, above, as all other purchases. We do not refund upon cancellation of a pre-order for change of mind reasons. Store credit only will be provided should you change your mind at any time. In order for credit to be issued, the balance of your pre-order total must be paid in full or your deposit will be forfeited.

We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items - delivery time frames stated on our website are only a suggestion and provided to us by the manufacturer. We do not refund for late delivery. If we can not supply your pre-ordered item/s within a reasonable time frame, we will happily refund all monies paid. We consider 3 months inclusive of the suggested time frame as stated in the product information at time of order to be a reasonable period.

ie. If you pre-order an item that is "Due to arrive May 20XX" and in the unfortunate event the item has been delayed due to any number of reasons, you will be entitled to a refund only if the item is not supplied to you before the end of July 20XX. If you cancel your pre-order at anytime before end of July 20XX, a store credit only will be issued.

Pre-orders require minimum payment upfront of 50% of the item's value as deposit. Store credit can not be used for pre-order deposits. Store credit may only be used toward the balance owing on a pre-order, after 50% deposit has been paid.

Use code "PREORDER" at check-out to pay 50% deposit only. The balance  + shipping charges, if applicable, are payable within 7 days of the item arriving into stock. We will contact you via phone and/or e-mail as soon as your order is ready to ship. If we are unable to obtain contact and payment is not finalised within the 7 days, we reserve the right to on-sell the item/s and cancel your order. In such an event, your deposit will be forfeited.
